Hi, I’m Jessica with Petals Planners. In addition to wedding planning and coordination, Petals Planners offers private bartending for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, showers, and special events throughout Cumberland and the surrounding area.

Bartending services are available for weddings and events in Cumberland, Frostburg, LaVale, and surrounding areas of Western Maryland, as well as nearby communities such as Bedford, Pennsylvania, and Keyser, West Virginia. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.
A Standalone Service for Weddings & Events
Bartending may be booked as a standalone service, separate from wedding planning or coordination. This is a great fit for couples who already have their event plans in place but still want professional and friendly bar service for their guests.
Because bartending is offered separately, couples have the flexibility to book the service and level of staffing that best fit their guest count, beverage menu, service time, and venue requirements.

Client-Provided Alcohol
Clients provide all alcoholic beverages for their event. Petals Planners does not sell or provide alcohol.
I’m happy to help estimate how much alcohol, mixers, ice, and other supplies you may need based on your guest count, service time, and selected bar menu. Recommendations are estimates because actual consumption can vary.

Signature cocktails are a fun way to make your wedding bar feel more personal. They can be inspired by the season, your favorite flavors, your pets, or even your wedding colors.
Whether you want something classic or playful, I’m happy to help shape drink ideas that fit your celebration while keeping service manageable for your guest count.

Perfect for couples who want a more personalized cocktail experience for their guests.

Custom Bar Menu Sign – $35
A printed menu sign displaying your bar offerings or signature cocktails in a polished, guest-friendly format.
Champagne Toast Service – $50
Client-provided champagne is poured and prepared for the toast so it is ready at the appropriate time. The client or venue must provide the champagne and necessary glasses.
Bar Essentials Shopping & Delivery – Starting at $50
At the client’s request and subject to availability, Petals Planners can purchase and transport agreed-upon bar necessities, including:
- Ice
- Disposable cups
- Straws and cocktail napkins
- Mixers and non-alcoholic beverages
- Garnishes
- Other agreed-upon bar supplies
The shopping and delivery fee starts at $50 and is separate from the cost of the supplies. The final fee depends on the quantity of supplies, travel, delivery requirements, and amount of ice needed. Estimated supply costs and the service fee must be paid before purchases are made. Alcohol is not included in this service.

Gratuity is appreciated but not required
Final pricing depends on the guest count, length of service, beverage menu, location, number of bar areas, staffing requirements, and overall event needs.
Larger celebrations or events with mixed drinks may require an additional bartender to maintain smooth service and reduce guest wait times.
Additional Bartending Support
An additional bartender may be added or required depending on the guest count, menu, venue layout, and service needs.
$150 per additional bartender
Additional Hours
Additional service time may be available if your event runs longer than expected. Extra time is subject to bartender and venue availability.
$75 per bartender per additional hour
A personalized quote will be provided based on the details of your event.
Responsible Alcohol Service
Petals Planners is committed to providing safe and responsible alcohol service. Bartenders may request identification and will not knowingly serve anyone under 21 years of age.
Bartenders reserve the right to refuse or discontinue alcohol service for anyone who appears intoxicated, cannot provide acceptable identification, behaves unsafely, or attempts to provide alcohol to a minor. Venue alcohol policies and applicable laws will always be followed.
