Jessica and Brennan gathered with family and friends for a beautiful late-summer wedding at Cold Saturday Farm. Their celebration included an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, sunset portraits, and dancing.
Behind the scenes, Petals Planners helped coordinate the spaces, vendors, and timeline so the couple could focus on enjoying their day.
Preparing Every Space
Jessica arrived at 11:30 a.m. and began preparing the reception hall, cocktail tables, guest book, and memory table. She also set up a welcome area with gifts, fans, and tissues, and helped make sure the wedding cake was stored safely.
As vendors arrived, she coordinated their setup and checked the catering, coffee, champagne, and entertainment areas so each part of the celebration would be ready when guests arrived.
Meaningful Moments, Carefully Timed
Before the ceremony, Jessica led a day-of rehearsal with the wedding party and coordinated timing with the photographer. She kept the aisle clear until the ceremony began, then lined everyone up for the processional.
One especially personal detail was a rose placed on a front-row memorial seat by each member of the wedding party as they walked down the aisle.
From Cocktail Hour to the Dance Floor
Throughout the reception, Jessica coordinated transitions between dinner, champagne, toasts, and dancing. As plans shifted, she adjusted the timeline, worked with vendors, and guided guests so the evening could continue smoothly.
